A 5 TPH Coal Handling Plant is designed for receiving, conveying, crushing, screening, and feeding coal at a steady rate of 5 tons per hour. The system typically includes a receiving hopper with feeder, belt conveyors, crusher (if required), magnetic separator, and transfer points with dust suppression. Coal is transported via 300–500 mm wide belt conveyors driven by small motors (1–3 HP), with provision for tramp metal removal and controlled feeding to the day bin/boiler. The plant is compact, energy efficient, equipped with safety interlocks, and ensures dust-free, reliable operation for small-scale industrial and utility applications.
